Refund and Cancellation Policy

Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to digital products sold by David Richardson, trading as Media Services Online and operating Manifestation Clarity. Our current products are supplied online and do not involve physical delivery or a recurring subscription unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Your 14-day cancellation right

UK consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. If you purchase digital content and have not yet requested or received access, contact us promptly if you wish to cancel.

Where you expressly request immediate digital access and acknowledge that your cancellation right will be lost once supply begins, the 14-day cancellation right ends when the digital content is made available to you. We will ask for that agreement before immediate supply begins.

When we will put things right

Your statutory rights are not affected. If digital content is faulty, materially different from its description, unavailable or not supplied with reasonable care and skill, contact us so we can investigate. Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may repair access, replace the content, provide an appropriate price reduction or issue a refund.

We will also investigate duplicate payments and payments taken in error. A change of mind after immediate digital supply has begun does not create a refund entitlement where the required consent and acknowledgement were provided, although we will always consider the facts fairly.

How to request help, cancellation or a refund

Email manifestationclarity@mediaservicesonline.com with your name, the email address used at checkout, the product name, approximate purchase date and a clear description of the problem or request. Do not send full card details by email.

Approved refunds

Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. We will process it without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
